OLAJU

Ogede nbaje a ni o n pon,                      

Omo eni nrin ihoho w'oja a ni o n se oge,

Things fall apart we say it's civilization,

Ki gan lo nsele si awon apon ilu wa yi,

This thief called OLAJU,

Has stolen our culture,

He has opened our eyes to those things our fore-fathers shun, 

And set us on a new adventure,

Immoralities now becomes what we nurture,

Virginity has lost its place in our society,

Pre-marital sex has become a legal entity,

OLAJU wa ba aye je po,

Aye wa nyi kiri bi layipo.

My people,

Have you forgotten that,

Ohun to gbe Taye le ma gbe Kehinde,

Do you remember that,

It is the same apple that opened Adam's eye,

That also closed that of Abacha,

OLAJU came,

O je asa wa basa basa,

He ate all the goodies and treasures in our Asa (culture),

Leaving us empty and useless,

Bi osan ti a ti fun omi e gbe,

OLAJU wo bi o ba aye wa de.

It is true that,

Ohun ti a ba fi sile lenu ewure nto,

Let's stand and embrace back our culture,

Bringing back all that the enemy has captured,

Restoring back the glory of our falling culture,

So as not to truncate our glorious future.

God inhabits the praises of His people, therefore, join us  this Sunday, (12-04-2015) as we sing songs of praise to our God, believing that as we praise Him, the gates of heaven shall open and there shall be an out pour of showers of blessing on us.
